We pay our unloaders a flat rate, thus motivating them to find ways to move quicker and more efficiently. Any new crew member that enters your facility will always be accompanied by one of our trained unloaders with a minimum of 1 year experience. This ensures zero supervision is required and you will not have to absorb precious management costs overseeing any container unloading.
